The ticket holder agrees to comply with the following terms and conditions of the organiser:

  1. Minors aged 16+ are allowed to enter the festival premises without their parents or legal guardians. Minors under the age of 16 need to present their parents’ or legal guardians’ consent prior to admission. In order to comply with this request you have to fill in the form provided by the organiser.
  2. The organiser is not responsible for the design, length, content and volume of the different musical performances. The organiser does not assume liability for circulatory insufficiency or contusion in the vicinity of the stage and entrance/ exit areas.
  3. Auditory defects and other health damages may occur due to the high volume of music.
  4. Claims for damages from positive violation of duty, default upon completion of the contract and tortuous acts are excluded unless damage has been caused deliberately or due to gross negligence on the part of the organiser, his legal representative or vicarious agent. Claims for damages from impossibility of performance and default shall be limited to compensation of predictable damage in case of gross negligence.
  5. It is strictly prohibited to bring glass containers, cans, plastic canisters, pyrotechnical material, flares, weapons, dogs, plastic bottles, Nazi propaganda. Any non-compliance results in immediate expulsion from the event’s premises. Upon entering the festival area security checks including body checks will be carried out by security staff. Each visitor is allowed to carry a one-litre tetrapak.
  6. The organiser reserves the right to deny access for specific reasons. In that case the face value of the ticket will be refunded.
  7. It is strictly forbidden to bring along magnetic tape recorders, film and video cameras and camcorders. Sound and film recordings are prohibited even for private usage. Violations are prosecuted. You may bring photo cameras (digital and SLR) but using flash is prohibited. The security staff is allowed to confiscate camera equipment is case of any non-compliance.
  8. Your ticket will be exchanged for a festival wristband at the entrance. Please show your wristband automatically when entering the premises. No admission without wristband, tickets become invalid when leaving the festival area.
  9. A contract exists exclusively between the buyer/ holder of the ticket and the organiser. Thus the organiser is not held responsible for any outside sales.
  10. Tickets will only be refunded if the festival is cancelled. The face value of the tickets will be reimbursed in that case.
  11. The organiser reserves the right to change the date and/ or venue/ location. Reimbursement of ticket’s face value due to change of date and/ or place is only possible until the beginning of the event.
  12. The organiser reserves the right to change the programme without prior notice.
  13. You are obliged to follow the directions of the parking staff and parking regulations (see “Parking”). Parking at owner’s risk.
  14. The organiser cannot be made liable for lost or stolen property.
  15. It is prohibited to purchase tickets for re-sale.
  16. We strongly advise you to buy your tickets only at official advance ticket shops.
  17. All tickets have an embossing and a hologram and are only valid with these security features.
  18. We ask you to follow any signs and directions on the festival site.
  19. It is strictly forbidden to disseminate fascist propaganda and/or wear such symbols. Any non-compliance leads to expulsion from the festival!
