IN EXTREMO – What a band! Although split into two parties in the beginning, they met the pulse of time in 1997 with their album „Weckt die Toten!“ and have since then delighted us with their unique medival rock. The mixture of genuine medival instruments and classical rock instruments turned to be great and has become the showcase of the band. The conquered the rock scene and their last two albums jumped to the top of the album charts. Whether they sing in Old French, Middle German or Old German – IN EXTREMO are distinctive and a perfect headliner to celebrate the 5th anniversary of the Blackfield Festival.
